LIFE THE NECROPOLIS 
Ah I love this page! I took a few extra days on it to try to make it the best I possibly could. I taped a bunch of Tetsuo pictures from Akira to my drawing table for this. Took a chainsaw to the dialogue though, didn’t want to cover anything up!
I’m reminded of one of my favorite descriptions of this sort of incident, that goes like “Each faces a wall of claws and teeth, eyes and flesh, unknown and squamous things from the spaces between realities, lit by the rainbow glow of the Key and the Gate through which the train still passes. They steel themselves, and advance.”
It’s pretty bang on!
