Took everything I had to release this one with words. I thought it took away from the colour.
This was a last minute replacement. Halfway through drawing a page I realized I hated it and tore it up. Pressed for time, I condensed a different story idea into one panel I could draw quickly. I found a great night sky stock photo, played around with the colour, and here we are.
I really like this page. The story idea came from seeing a mouse in our parking lot that had sadly been run over and got worse every day. I wished that mouse godspeed on its voyage to rejoin the universe.
