Thought I’d change Life’s costume again; new hair, boots, pouches, and even a robo-lower-arm. Changed the peace symbol on his shoulder too, but that didn’t make the page really.
Still didn’t feel like colouring. Tried playing with some darker tones, but still went back to one flat colour. Let the hatching do its job.
I enjoy how you mix up little details of Life’s look while keeping his theme and color palette consistent. I really evokes a feeling that he’s moving forward through time, while keeping him instantly recognizable and familiar.
Also I feel like there is a subtle jab here at Chaos Space Marines…. but maybe that’s just me.
